FBO Daily is original, categorized publication of this data, and provided by Loren Data for free as a public service.

In 1994 Loren Data was the first company to sell customized subscriptions to the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) by e-mail and was also the first company to make these listings available for free on the Web.

In 2002, the government-run Commerce Business Daily publication was replaced by FedBizOpps as mandated by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 5.

Today, FBO Daily contains over 2,000,000 pages of government contract information from the 1995 CBD through today's issue. It is the largest archive of its kind with an average of 1,000 new pages added every day.

World-Wide EDI is Loren Data's original web-based EDI system designed specifically to support the US Federal Government's FACNET initiative.

Originally released in 1997, Loren Data created World-Wide EDI with an innovative technology that uses pure JavaScript to translate the source EDI in the browser, and user input back into EDI before posting back to the server.

World-Wide EDI connects to two different government EDI systems (BTA and DAASC) in addition to the several DLA Supply Centers along with a feed from FedBizOpps. It allows interactive bidding (843) on RFQs (840) with award (836) information in addition to Purchase Order (850) and Invoicing (810) support.
